I've been inspired to look...Forerib of beef gluten free fajitas
I can't stand the smell of most GF wraps. But Caputo flour makes all the difference.
Edit: Don't waste your flour, tuff as old boots, I'll go back over this when I get more flour!
Bit of egg white and yeast plus a little rising time may yield a better result is my thinking, I need to test!

A snack for nibbling at work, they were alright but weren't anything special... was expecting them to at least have a little bit of a kick.

Taco Tuesday’s for a quick lunch today.
4 x Taco Supreme, Beef, Lettuce, Cheese, Sourcream and Fire Sauce.
Couldn’t see a canned drink on self checkout, asked to buy a Can of Pepsi, she said £1.99 with a straight face, safe to say I laughed and opted for a refillable drink and ate in.
