That old skool plating up takes me back
Never tried Pathia, how hot is it on a scale 1 - 5? I really want to try it next
It’s how my mum and dad always did it, but it’s not for me, really wish I hadn’t played up in such way
yes and yesThen

It is as hot as you ask them to make it and for me and probably @Gilbert89 is a mild heat.
Guess around 2 on the scale?
I’ve had bhuna hotter than a supermarket vindaloo. 90% of supermarket curries are absolutely pathetic when it comes to spice. There are exceptions though (Iceland, I’m looking at you)Not particularly “Hot” It’s considered “Medium”
The one’s I have, tend to me more Sweet and Sour but with a Kick at the end.
If you can handle a sensible level of spice then you will be more than fine, although it does differ from one takeaway to the next!

I’d say so yes, 3/4 sometimes.. depending on how heavy handed the Chef has been

I swear I nearly died once trying to eat Icelands Carolina reaper curry. Like eating a pot of burning coalsI’ve always wanted to try M&S Fiery Hot Chicken Masala, it’s meant to be a scorcher.
I used to regularly have a Madras which always had a handful of Green Chillies chucked in, very hot..
