I did notice the other options when booking a train from Ebbsfleet to Newcastle.

On another note…

Quick snack from Burger King earlier, Vegan Chicken Burger (Was on offer, it was ok) followed by a BBQ Double Melt Burger, 3 Chilli Bites, Fries and a Full Sugar Coke!

I can’t explain it, but it’s such a good Curry they make and exactly how I like it… Saucy, yet not too thin but very rich and flavourful… Chicken is so soft and tender too it shreds apart!

Velveting works a treat for Chinese dishes also.

You can do the same at home by making a slurry from cornflower and soy sauce or just water.

Stick the diced chicken (or beef) into it and leave in the fridge for a few hours. The meat becomes really tender.

I know right, same here. The pilau rice I get with it adds a tad more sweetness to the dish, not much but just right for me, I love it.
