Mmm very nice! I was toying which do I have tonight but not had a Chinese in so long aaannnddd I'm getting a Pathia on Friday

I know it must seem bizarre, but their Pathia is inciredible… miles above the rest IMO.

Wish I could box it up and ship it to you all, I’ve never enjoyed a Curry so much.

I do sometimes switch it up.

FYI if you're interested. I would however adjust this and go heavy with mushrooms, only a little lemon juice as a lemons worth is way too much and chop the leeks into maybe 2 inch lengths
