My usual tried and tested reliable order of Plain Rice, Chicken Pathia (Extra Coriander) Plain Naan with a Chilli Sauce.
Even the Chilli sauce is incredible, it’s quite hot but sweet with hints of fresh Garlic, Mint, Coriander.
