Recipe looks good, how did it taste?

I’ve cooked it a few times, one of my favourite recipes. It takes a lot longer to cook than it says on the recipe, more like 5-6 hours.

It just has the Vegetarian Symbol and under “Allergies” states that it contains “Milk”

Concerning that they aren’t willing to claim its GF.

Edit: I’ve re-read your request, nope no GF Symbol just a Vegetarian Symbol.
