Fajitas part 2, using a different technique.. (pre-cook some paste instead of spice powder during the main cooking).. was much nicer..
Think I overfilled a little..
Toast your tortillas in a frying pan minute or so each side, game changer.
Plus cheese.
Maybe a dash of Choloua Hot Sauce.
I did warm them through in a fry pan, was trying hard not to overdo it though.. as they can go hard/toasted.. and then not as enjoyable to me..
Can't do cheese on Fajitas..
under the pile, was 0% fat free greek yoghurt (instead of crem freche, really can't tell the difference and much better for you) and HOT salsa.. (plus I cooked the fajitas with 9 small finger thai chillis!).. they definitely did not need more heat.. my exit hole can fully testify to that..
Recipe please? This is on the menu for next week. I have a spice mix lined up but open to suggestions.
