I don’t usually go to KFC since the local ones are a little grotty but a clean well ran franchise so I’ll always have one if near by.

Went for the Christmas Menu Stuffing Stacker Burger - It was decent, really enjoyed.

Best way I can explain it is a Hashbrown Consistency which tasted of Stuffing, was good.

I love them, really nice although the sauce wasn’t as black peppery as I remember.

I’d have had a Boneless Banquet if I knew the fillets were of such caliber

So had the Christmas party today. Two days of cooking and prepping.

Homemade cheese, wreath salad, gammon, butter

2 types of bread, smoked salmon, persimmon salad, mushroom salad

Roasted sprouts, hasselback potatoes

Honey roasted vegetables, baked sweet potato mash and baked swede mash.

No pic, but lunch was a Greg's mexican chicken oval

Freshly made Beef stew with a bottle of Jamaican Dragon Stout added.

Used a 1kilo joint this time, cut, dipped in corn starch and lightly fried in red wine before going into the Instant Pot on pressure for 45 mins. Dumplings made, added to hot stew at 45mins for 10mins on Keep Warm.
