I think you are just scratching the surface with that one

We used to visit a seafood restaurant for breakfast that came with a glass of wine, well before it was wine'oclock and often pop up the IL's in the summer for a seafood breakfast French stick.

I start vomiting at the merest smell of seafood. In fact, the only thing I can eat that comes out of the sea is non oily whitefish like cod, haddock, pollack etc.

Not cheap at all.
Only time I've been able to get Spider and Brown cheap is when it's caught in the nets as a bycatch, but sadly it's a bit of drive to get there.
