TBH If there was a lit candle on that curry I would have burned my nose, mouth, eyes, hair, chin, cheeks, ears and feet

Thats a good point, maybe a curry thats a little bit to hot to handle

Also, with all that fine alcohol around you could easily have a molotov cocktail on your hands.
I have seen a flaming sambuca but never a flaming curry. However, I have made that statement the morning after a hot curry

Been making some vegan wellingtons today, puff pastry, spinach crepes, duxelles and a beetroot, smoked tofu and cashew filling.

Pretty happy with the outcome, sure it's not beef fillet but from a technical point of view they came out great and were pretty tasty.
