Here's me, 3 hours later after finally reaching the Indian after a long staggering walk

Had an early Christmas dinner as my Mam is going overseas next week. Have to admit, one of my finer efforts. Yorkshire puddings went a bit wild but they tasted great.

Could be worse, I made this flavour packed pizza, but it tasted like cardboard due to loss of taste this week!

I was looking forward to my Indian tonight but plans have changed, this is happening tomorrow evening now…

Instead I’m drinking Cobra Beer and sulking

Why the loss..

Yeah it's real hard to get that quality of GF Pizza, just dissapointing, I'm not sure why the loss. i've just been diagnosed with sarcoidosis which causes strange things to happen.

Just finished Vegetarian Kievs, potato rosti, roasted sprouts and steamed cavolo nero, was yum.

None Wheat Version looks like it’s within a Yorkshire Pudding

I have had a few strains of a bug this year which have completely knocked my taste off, it’s never fully recovered IMO.

Difficult to determine the difference between a general cold and Covid these days!

I was so dissapointed that I couldn't taste it, I ended up tipping half a bottle of fortnum & Masons chilli sauce on the last peace. Still couldn't taste it
It needs a lot of Air bubbles in the dough to keep it soft, the egg wash just gives it the dark colour otherwise it's pasty&pale looking when cooked. The flour is designed for 500c+

Absolutely banging as usual. Not quite as easy as calling a Deliveroo, but quality is consistently excellent. Naan is especially awesome.
