Could be worse, I made this flavour packed pizza, but it tasted like cardboard due to loss of taste this week!

None Wheat Version looks like it’s within a Yorkshire Pudding :D

I have had a few strains of a bug this year which have completely knocked my taste off, it’s never fully recovered IMO.

Difficult to determine the difference between a general cold and Covid these days!

I was so dissapointed that I couldn't taste it, I ended up tipping half a bottle of fortnum & Masons chilli sauce on the last peace. Still couldn't taste it :cry:
It needs a lot of Air bubbles in the dough to keep it soft, the egg wash just gives it the dark colour otherwise it's pasty&pale looking when cooked. The flour is designed for 500c+
Pizza ovens in reality.
