Local chinese takeaway still shut, so made my own sesame prawn toast. Not the healthiest meal, and I used some leftover rye bread so it tasted a bit odd. But was ok. Prefer the takeaway tbh.

Homemade dough and pizza

Ok so what did we think of the EMERGENCY pizza in a packet!
It's lacking the long ferment taste, It handles well for a 66% dough, looks great but sadly thats where it ends.

Yeah the flour is decent, it makes a good (crispy-ish if cooked enough) base, but yeah it can be a bit bready tasting, which isn't bad - it reminded me of Dominos.

But if you want a sourdough-style Franco Manca, it just can't compete.
