Made thai broth with pork-stuffed bitter melon and a squid, pickled green mango and cassia salad.
Salad was pretty good but those Thai's really don't kid about when naming their fruit. Salted it for an hour and triple blanched it and it was still inedibly bitter.
Best part was discovering you can make sticky rice in the microwave
