The **Now Eating** Thread

That's a good idea and one I could get for the OH.

What is the monthly/yearly price.

Edit: Found it

For new subscribers in the UK:

  • Monthly: → £6
  • Annual: → £60
The price I got it for during Black Friday deal is 24.99 for the year.

I don't mean to be too promo-y but just to mention some other things the way the recipes are designed.
They combine 3 meals into a 'pack' and that pack is intended to share some fresh ingredients to also reduce food waste. So dont buy things only to use half.
It's not perfect but can assign recipes to a day for your week, and it generates a shopping list which you can also copy- to export.
I started using it as a way to make quick meals on trips, but now also finding it useful at home.

No that is good information and one my OH would like as she likes to plan the week out when she is cooking and I just like to buy everything and make it up as I go.

I'll probably keep an eye on the deals and snap it up when available.

Just to add my own experience, I’ve been using their app for over a year now and for us anyway the portion sizes are on the big side. We use the app as is which defaults to 2 portions but (mostly) easily feeds 2 adults and 2 kids. Good inspiration and I use a number of their “hacks” and principles though my other cooking too.

@aVdub have a look at a combo of The paprika 3 app and any recipe website you want, I use foodgawker lots.

I’ve used this for years and despite banging on about it whenever I have a chance I have no affiliation with them

That looks good, cheers for linking to it.

Will look through later and have sent to the OH :)
