That looks epic, was it an online recipe?

No just made it up.. it's chicken thigh, cut up, which I pre deep fry, after coating in some flour. Make sure it's nice and crispy. Then stir fry a green pepper, some white and spring onion, with garlic, ginger and chilli, after a min or two add some salt and black pepper, and the chicken back in to heat it through.

Then serve, and sprinkle some sesame seeds over to make it more presentable..
