I had lamb/garlic/coriander grass-fed burgers with salad, onion, ghee, sweet potato, olive oil, turmeric, tomato puree... and a lot of green finger chillies.

I wouldn't normally eat so many of the chillies, but owing to the amount that usually come in a packet,
I tend to find that I struggle to finish them by the due date.

I ate a ton of them tonight, but I don't seem to get any side effects. It does make me wonder what it might be doing to my insides!

I would post a pic of the dinner, but it's all gone.

Don't feel bad, you can never have too many fingers!

Freeze the chilli’s and use when needed.

Kinda don't want to tell you this because the image of you trying to eat a really hot food is rather amusing, however, you could always freeze chillies. Although, given your current situation, it's probably best to freeze some loo roll ahead of tomorrow.
