Sausage roll from my local farm shop. Other half is eating one of their scotch eggs which are enormous, so much sausage meat round them, in fact they chop up some onion and herbs in with the sausagemeat, brilliant.

Slice them really thin, use a mandolin if you have one (I just used a good knife), spray a baking tray with sunflower oil or lightly brush it if you don't have the spray.

Lay out the slices, spray/brush them and chuck some seasoning on. Salt & pepper, cajun, hot sauce etc. Then bake them for about 15-20 mins at gas mark 2-3, flip them over and repeat. Keep an eye on 'em though as they burn pretty quickly.

A much easier method would be a dehydrator, I don't have one though.

Honey and ginger glazed pork belly, satay noodles with chilli, pepper and spring onions.

could have done with some spring onions and leafy greens. Chillis where first ones from this years plant. To Indian flavoured really. Unsurprising as they are curry variety specially breed for Indian Market.
