^^ qualitys great mate, i prefer them to domino's/papa johns
the garlic bread is just 2 thin slices of baguette with a dash of cheese ontop though so its quite a small ammount, but i only went for this deal as i wanted a drink, otherwise i get the "£1.99 - 8" pizza with any 2 toppings" deal :)
they are a small franchise chain.. http://www.roccospizza.co.uk/

Trout on a bed of aubergine, red pepper and onion. Drizzled with olive oil, S+P and then covered in spinach leaves. Wrapped (loosely) in tin foil and in the oven for 20minutes.

Served with rice and a rocket salad. Quick, cheap and delicious.

If only I had a large glass of Chablis or Riesling to go with it.

Co-op chicken kebabs, naan bread, onions, iceberg lettuce, jalapeños, daves insanity sauce, Mayo

Healthier than a takeaway anyway, I hate Friday nights. Either want to get drunk and eat a messy kebab or get takeaway and snack food in.

Had a pot of low fat stawbery yoghurt, sorted me right out.
Will keep that in mind, never heard of that.
Capsicum is soluble in fat which is why they recommend dairy stuff.

Just deciding what curry to cook on Sunday. Going to make a proper base. Think this one
