The **Now Eating** Thread

Went down the 'balanced' diet route today.

Good start with porridge,

poorly followed by two bacon, sausage and egg sandwiches,

getting better with a mackerel salad with plenty of veg,

finishing the day off with half rice, half chips and chicken curry from the chinese. :)

I have cycled 20+ miles today as well at least and ran 5 miles.
 
Ate a little too much of the Chinese and now feel somewhat bloated and sick.

I loved every mouthful though so just going to ride the wave of pain before bed. :cool:
 
Not eating just yet but just purchased a subway for the long drive him soon.
Foot long, Italian bmt, toasted, cheese, lettuce, cucumber jalapeños and BBQ sauce. Looks pretty gooood!

That being the balance between decent food and **** I assume? :p

Did treat myself to a fried egg sandwich this morning though, very nice it was too.

^^ that inspired me to nip round the shop and get some bread/cheese/ham and make some toasties, unfortunatly waitrose had some reduced sarnys and i couldnt pass that up :)
