delivery from 'grandma buggins'
large (1/2lb) chicken fillet burger with cheese n mayo, garlic pizza bread with cheese, large chips + a can of pepsi

have to say most of it came back up late last night,.. and what came out thismorning could have gone through the eye of a needle :/
i think il be giving them a miss for a while
pretty sure it was the cheese on the garlic pizza bread.. tasted ok on the way in.. tasted like extra strong vintage farmhouse chedder that was a few years out of date on the way out :/

Wholemeal toast always tastes nice slightly over toasted, quite intentional
