I have to admit, I did wonder why you called it a 3 star place. I mean its very nice and certainly a cut above a lot of the places around here, but its probably not good enough to be considered 3 star

Steamed chicken breast yuk

Why steamed?

I sometimes rub mine with a small taste of olive oil, then season and fry both sides.

Then cover with a lid, reduce heat and they partly steam too. Just gives more flavour

They were, especially as they were made up on the spot out of stuff I happened to have in. I had enough to make 4 so I'll be having them for dinner again tomorrow. Oh the hardship!
