3.5Kg Sainsburys Basics Pork Shoulder
Rub for above overnight marinade: (3 tbsp Salt & Paprika, 2 tbsp Pepper, 1 tbsp Cumin, Cinammon, crushed Mustard Seeds and Cumin.
Bottle of Sticky BBQ Sauce.
2 Onions sliced roughly.
5 Garlic Cloves choped roughly.
1 Cup Chicken Stock.
1 Cup Aspals Cider Vinegar
12hrs cook time during work on low, pull the pork (and keep eating it
), 2hrs with BBQ sauce mixed in along with a few ladels of the juices.
