maccapacca, do you do something dodgy to the images you post in this thread?
The reason I ask is that none of them appear when I'm browsing on my tablet.
It looks like it's redirecting to m.imgur.com and giving a 404 error the the image file there. Strange as other images from imgur work fine, just yours I have a problem with!
 
Chips & Gravy from new local fish & chip shop/pizza shop that has opened on the corner from me.

Chips don't look all that nice and the gravy is like water. I don't know why new food establishments think they can just open up and sell crap food. I doubt they will last long, just like the previous owners and the owners before them.

Yes, they look less than appetizing. Chips are such a staple and so easy to cook that there is really no excuse for a poor chip shop. I make my own curry sauce from Goldfish paste from Tesco's. You can make up a batch and freeze portions to just reheat in a pan. Much better than the chip shop stuff.
