Kedgeree has spices but it isn't spicy.

Just polished off the last of the beef & ale stew I made on Sun. Was supposed to last all week.. oh well.

Yeh you use curry powder initially, I put a whole chilli in there too as I like hot food. So of course you don't have to do that if you don't want it that hot.
