Assuming that's Maccy D, those fillet o' fish burgers are quite nice, cainer, I only recently started eating them

.

I just got home having eaten this Festive burger. Very nice, WAY more filling than a standard McD Quarterpounder or Big Mac.

Wasn't too keen on the smoky sauce though.

Fillet O'fish, the buns don't have sesame seeds on them, no salad, and 1 slice of cheese and the fillet is very retangluar with straight edges

Just made some awesome Thai inspired mince.

It goes by the name of Pad Krapow in Thailand but in all fairness I've not used Thai/Holy basil (only had dried basil) so I'm not going to say I've made it exactly.

Super tasty though,

Pork mince.
Oyster sauce.
Soy sauce.
Fish sauce.
Lots of garlic.
Lots of fresh Thai chillies.
A little bit of sugar.
Shallots.

Very quick and easy to do as well.

Served over rice with a fried egg on top. Hmmmmm

Gonna try the Papa Johns festive pizza tonight. Turkey, sage and onion meatballs, ham, sausage. bacon and cranberry drizzle.
