Saw one of Jamie Oliver's Christmas repeats the other day and ended up replicating the mince pies last night.
Not sure if it's right as I didn't look up the recipe but they taste awesome. Essentially mincemeat with extras, in a puff pastry roulade and then sat in a filo pastry case.
