We had

Morocan slow roasted lamb shoulder
Sows in sleeping bags
Roast potatoes in beef dripping
Roast parsnips
Roast squash
Roast onion
Stuffing
Carrots
Sprouts

Gravy made from the bottom of the roasting tin
 
Did a Toby Carvery last night with family, 11 of us. Had liver pate and toast starter, followed by the main course of beef, turkey, pork and roast potatoes (so nice), mashed potatoes, swede, stuffing, massive yorkshire puddings, peas, cauliflower, carrots, gravy, and more. Absolutely stuffed after that. Followed by hot chocolate fudge cake with ice cream AND a jug of custard as I wanted both but couldn't decide on just one. :D
 
Just got back from a lovely boxing day lunch with my family at the Waterside :)

Starter was a gateau of haggis, neeps and tatties, with a whisky and arran mustard sauce. Lovely :)

For the main I had cumberland sausages (sans the caramalised onions) with creamy mash and veg. Also lovely :)

And for dessert, sticky toffee pudding with toffee fudge sauce, served with tablet ice cream and fresh cream. Lush! <3

I also had a nice appletini cocktail. Very reasonable. There were 4 of us and it worked out about £25 a head when drinks were added to the bill.
