I roughly followed Jamie Olivers recipe from 15 or 20 minute meals. It's on YT if you want to check it out.

Instead of packet rice like he used, I cooked some white rice and let it cool before starting the cooking.

Had to go pick up some drink and party snacks for my friends New Years party tomorrow. On a whim I bought a £5 scratch card on the way out. And it was a £15 winner! £10 profit for me!
