Breakfast!
 
I'm going to be controversial and state that ketchup ruins many a meal.

The only liquid going near my breakfast would be egg yolk.
 
Chicken with Okra.

Was from the local Indian takeaway. Was nice but didn't realise it was going to come in a sauce similar to a Korma otherwise I'd have chosen something else. It was fairly tasty though.

Pulled pork. Casually picked up a pork shoulder the other day because it was cheap. Wasn't entirely sure what to do with it. Hadn't realised that it was how you'd make pulled pork :) six hours later and I have some amazing pork. If I'd known however I probably would have spiced slightly different. Oh well :)

Just had smoked salmon on toasted wholemeal bread with a perfectly cooked poached egg for breakfast. Who said working on an oil rig had to be unpleasant? :p

Very good baker on this rig. The bread is fresh every morning and very well made. In the 9 years I've been working offshore, on about a dozen different rigs, this one has the best food of them all. Decent food budget, well managed and good cooks. A lot of other rigs could learn a lot from these guys.

Looks tasty had a pork butt in the freezer for a while. Think its time to cook it.
