A crappy sandwich from Tescos, I'm not sure what is going of with the local Tesco Extra but they have halved the amount of lunch items they sell, annoyingly.

Pre-emptive eating as waiting to cool down but going to have a test of the second spawn of my sourdough starter (last post showing bread, promise).
Banneton arrived and have dusted using semolina flour this time. Banneton makes it so much easier to manage when shaping.
