Pre-emptive eating as waiting to cool down but going to have a test of the second spawn of my sourdough starter (last post showing bread, promise).

Banneton arrived and have dusted using semolina flour this time. Banneton makes it so much easier to manage when shaping.

Nom - you're missing lashings of butter melting under the bacon though. Fat on fat is the future.

Ninja edit - although saying that, I see a used butter knife and what looks like a butter dish. Conspiracy.
