Went to see 300: Rise of an Empire today. It was reasonably good, thought not as good as the first movie. Went for a nice dinner at the Scots Bonnet afterwards.

Started with smoky bean chilli nachos. The chilli is at the bottom, so you cant see it in this pic. Good nachos. Simple, but tasty!

Main was enchilada with pulled pork and peppers, topped with cheese and jalepenos. Served with sour cream, salsa and Mexican style rice. Really enjoyed this as well!

And for dessert I had rich chocolate torte, served with salted chocolate caramel sauce, candied walnuts and whipped double cream. This was soooo good

All in all a really nice meal. I also had an appletiser and an amaretto and soda with dessert. And the whole thing only came to £19.60. Bargain

I'm surpised you didn't mix in some curry paste in the egg.

That's actually given me an idea. Curry omelette with spring onions and red chilli for lunch tomorrow.

It's still easier too use a jar then a sauce. Irrespective of how easy it is too make a sauce a jar is damn quicker.
