But I got back from Estonia yesterday and the food there was really good. We spent most of the time in the old town so there is loads of restaurants and pubs.

after 48 hours whats the texture like? it wont kill you if its been fridged for all that time

Just had a curry groom a place I haven't tried. But gets good views. Rubbish.
Some chicken Surry, meant too be medium hot sweet sour and coconut. Watery, no hint opt coconut and reminded me of Tesco sweet and sour chicken ready meal. Lamb naga,. That wasn't rich or hot. Chapatti that were excessively floury.
Needles to say won't be trying from there again.
How do you make curry watery, and how do you make naga with no hint of heat.
It has been one of those days though.
