Pizza dough disaster due to scales playing up but managed to rescue it just about. Adding beef sashimi (flank steak) to it at the end of cooking was also awesome
Just had some 30 hour sous vide flank steak cooked @ 56C with fried up mushrooms and onions. On the side a giant pile of asparagus and some home made peppercorn sauce.
Just bought a small Meteor pizza from Dominos, with the BBQ sauce swapped for pizza sauce and the bacon rashers swapped for chicken and ate it at the bus stop while waiting for the bus home!
