Broken egg unfortunately, it blew when I flipped it. I need it cooked on both sides because I feel physically sick if the egg white is still runny. Bread is Warburtons toastie, such a guilty pleasure.

Pro tip - get a blow torch and use that to cook the top whilst the egg sits normally. Much faster and saves hassle/danger of breaking the yolk :)
 
Why would you even want to cook the egg in top. And 99% of people have hear far to high, crispy egg should not be a thing. Should be pure white goodness and totally raw yolk.
 
With an egg not much difference between a little oil and a lot of oil. They aren't absorbent so wont make a huge amount if difference, other than what's clinging to the outside.
