Broken egg unfortunately, it blew when I flipped it. I need it cooked on both sides because I feel physically sick if the egg white is still runny. Bread is Warburtons toastie, such a guilty pleasure.

Oil isn't unhealthy. That said, I only use a small amount of butter to fry my eggs.
