It'll be fine. With a slow cooker you could get away with almost no liquid.

Visited Leicester yesterday after work to pick up my engagement/wedding rings. Naturally the only thing I really cared about was visiting Grosetto's Pizzeria opposite the station. Their woodfired oven produces great thin crusted noms!

We split a munchy box. Nan bread, skewer of chicken tikka and donner meat, chicken chaat, onion rings, chips, mixed pakora, salad and sauce
