Im in Finland at my grandmas house. She has been offering me food all day since I got here and I am having a food coma. Had some delicious rye bread with the dinner, some rice pies as supper and a fair bit of chocolate + liqourice as snacks. :D Love visiting family but I am going home with some extra weight thats for sure. :D

About an hour with the slow cooker on high. It was 150 g SR flour, 75g suet, chopped chives and a tsp of horseradish. Mix it all together and add a splash of water till you can form it all together. Then just plop them on the top, half submerged for about an hour.

Some people like to finished the whole thing off in the oven to Crispen them up but I didn't bother.

Thanks for that. My neighbour does them in the oven but I prefer mine soft.
 
Not being the biggest fan of chicken for a roast, I decided to give this Packingham corn fed free range jobbie ago for lunch today. Suffice to say it was epic, served up with some organic veggie goodness from the farmers market I picked up this morning!
