Im in Finland at my grandmas house. She has been offering me food all day since I got here and I am having a food coma. Had some delicious rye bread with the dinner, some rice pies as supper and a fair bit of chocolate + liqourice as snacks. Love visiting family but I am going home with some extra weight thats for sure.

Nice one Dirty Jester, winter means slow cooker.
About an hour with the slow cooker on high. It was 150 g SR flour, 75g suet, chopped chives and a tsp of horseradish. Mix it all together and add a splash of water till you can form it all together. Then just plop them on the top, half submerged for about an hour.
Some people like to finished the whole thing off in the oven to Crispen them up but I didn't bother.
Eggs Benedict with home made hollandaise. First time I've made it and it tastes good.
May have overdone it on the chives!
