That looks awesome, though a shame about having to cook it well done.

I've got a massive bone-in rib steak from my local butcher coming up to room temperature. I'll be serving it with mushrooms and onions.
 
I know, its why I got a topside, would usually get a sirloin and do it to medium rare. Was still pretty tasty though welsh black XX dry aged!

Adam Richman tries one in the USA, they use gas masks to prepare it stop the chefs from choking! ridiculous. How anyone can enjoy something that hot is beyond me, ruins the food! hot and spicy is good to some extent but this is just crazy. Although it didn't look that bad when he was eating it..

Simple Biology.
A) those of us who eat chilis regularly will have a much higher tolerance
B) the pain releases endorphins and dopamine, so your brain rewards you for the pain.
 
Being a bit of a pig. Just had some brie that was leftover with cream crackers whilst I was ordering Chinese take out for dinner! But the dinner wont be until 7:10 so never mind!
