Just got home from my gig and making a couple of fried egg sandwiches. :)

Yeah it was a bit high actually, setting 7 of maximum heat 9. :p I did turn it down after that picture. Then I flipped the eggs so they skinned over.

Greekish style lamb kebab

Lamb fillet marinated in garlic, fresh chili from garden, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and rosemary, also from the garden.

Beef tomatoes, rocket leaves and homemade tzatziki, all on khobez bread. So good.
 
go to sainsburys, pick up cooked chicken stick on plate :p

having pork kebabs in paratha with coleslaw and satay sauce. despite it's odd combo, brilliant.
 
Like the look of this, what is it? Looking for healthy mid week meals to cook.

I think they were seabass fillets. Fried skin down in coconut oil.
Steamed carrot, broccoli and courgette
When the fish was done I put into the pan sliced onion, just so it starts to soften slightly then added capers and lemon juice to make a sort of sauce. Poured that on top. It was very nice.

Less fat you could grill/bake the fish. For more flavour do it all in butter. :D
 
What did you make if it? I've had this one before and didn't think much of it.

The sausage tasted a bit odd and the BBQ sauce had a weird aftertaste. Haven't dared since.

I quite like the meteor, but I usually swap out the bacon for extra meatballs and swap the BBQ sauce to normal pizza sauce.

Seeded wholemeal toast with mashed avocado, scrambled eggs and smoked salmon off-cuts. The one on the left has some of my home-made habanero hot sauce on it. Very tasty.
