The **Now Eating** Thread

Asian inspired salad was superb.

Thinly sliced 'julienned' carrot, corgette, cucumber, lettuce, cubes of mango and peanuts.
All tossed in a vinegar, olive oil and chilli dressing. Accompanied by salmon.

Just munched my way through about half a litre of tesco cookies and cream ice cream. Lucky there was only half a tub left. I don't think I would have been able to stop until it was all gone or I made myself sick.
 
I've eaten a whole baguette before. 36" or so. A home-made sub: Brie or Camembert slices, sliced tomatoes, and sliced cucumber. And lashings of mayo or tartare sauce.

Of course, I was rather younger then; I couldn't manage it now.
