Went back to Subway tonight for supper. 6 inch Italian B.M.T on herbs and cheese bread, with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, peppers and honey mustard sauce. No pic as it didn't survive the walk home.
My salads are always green salad, spring onions, hard boiled egg with mayo, coleslaw, ham and a pork pie with lashings of salad cream and a generous portion of crusty bread.
Just finished dinner (I spent longer in the pub than I intended ).
Pork fillet (cooked sous vide and seared "briskly") with a cider, creme fraiche and wholegrain mustard sauce; served with new tatties, asparagus, tender stem broccoli and chantenay carrots. Happy man now
