Le crock for breakfast

Oat baked chicken with home made healthy katsu curry sauce with a bit of broccoli and rice noodles.
Doesn't look too appetising from that pic but tastes banging.
 
Umm it's just very French, white bread (I baked a pain due mie), thinly spread bechamel (again a little more classic in the way it's made, more along the method used for a creme patissiere, using hot milk and butter and adding your flour/egg/milk mix to it)

Then just a little grated cheese (I used Emmental) some ham, close it up, more bechamel and cheese. Into a pan with lots of butter, them thrown in the oven (160C) until browned.
 
Cheers. I know it's a simple dish but it's something I've made so infrequently that I actually really appreciate reading the method for a version that I like the look of :)
