I like the sound of that! I often put bacon in my omelette (loads of it), never tried a pork chop though, did you take the bone off first or were they already boneless? sorry if that's a daft question but I can't imagine it would be very easy to eat a boney omelette.
Just had a lovely tea. Took advantage of the tesco online deal (£15 off when you spend £50) and got myself a lovely big fillet steak. Had it with roast cherry tomatoes, shallots, and a mushroom and red wine sauce. Delicious but I'm sleepy now.
Dinner last night was Haggis, Neap, Tattie and Black pudding with a whisky (Singleton) sauce. Couple of oat cakes on the side. Cheap, easy but delicious. Everyone likes Haggis but so many people only eat it on Burns night.

Hah. Only £2 for a decent sized Haggis in Tesco (Halls). Will easily do 3 people, or provide two with a very substantial meal. I'm tempted to have it again tonight!
