Didn't take a picture but have just eaten a (if I do say so myself) perfectly cooked rump steak.
I wasn't really paying that much attention as was sorting kids food at the same time but just seared each side for an indeterminate amount of time and then turned off the pan and let them sit on top of the mushrooms and cherry tomatoes for a few mins while I sorted everything else. Apparently not paying much attention to the process is the key! Absolutely bang on medium, yum!
