Back to the topic, is that deep fried bacon on the burger @aVdub ? I can't help but think whilst it was probably nice, it's very hispter/Instagram/new age styled.

Needs more squid ink and salt sprinkled at an angle.

Caramelised onions, spring onions, sriracha, lettuce and the crispy part is the cheese that had hit the hot oil from the burgers when I add a cloche to the pan.

More enjoyment in creating dishes at home, rather than insta or hipster, although I did film it all while completely naked, but that is only available on OnlyFans
