Rotterdam is a very decent foodie destination. The hospital is massive too!
Started in the market hall with Het Kroket Loket. Breaded deep fried cheesy beef croquette. Typical Dutch cuisine. Thought it was going to be terrible, could have eaten only these all evening. Real surprise.
Pinchos and wine in 21 Pinchos.
Korean fried chicken (beer not pictured) in Soju Bar. Excellent, could go toe to toe with the best I’ve had in the UK. Really hit the spot!
Weather was getting cold, it was late. There was still a queue at this ice cream parlour. Little old me thought Ben and Jerry’s cookie dough ice cream was decent… then I tried this! Joy in a cone right there!

Bonus cuisine - Mrs N has been baking sourdough. An excellent reason to return home!
