Duck Breasts With Plum & Hoisin Sauce

Bought this reduced from the supermarket earlier. But not sure what to have it with - vegetables and tatties etc? Which seems odd as the sauce won't go with gravy. Or egg fried rice and stir fried onions / peppers??
