That looks excellent. The crab timbale and lamb would be my picks, but fresh bread with bacon jam is a very strong start.

The crab timbale was imo a perfect summer beach dish on the dunes, with a good chilled bubbles and the family.
The pink lamb was so tender I could have cut it with string, with the capers and crispy ends just adding to a perfect dish.
They sell their bacon jam, which we bought last time and again on this visit.
 
Think the chopping board was from the equivalent of b&q. There’s no flex here

Yeah. Table I made. A bit annoying having wood with cold drinks though. Reckon I’ll make one with a tiled/marble top for the house.
 
Just taken them off to rest whilst I do some corn with a hot honey butter and finish my Vermouth.

Love the table, I put about 2 ton of White Oak in my garden and didn't have enough for a table which I regret.

Wood prices here are depressing. I did buy some reclaimed sleepers for some steps and they were around €50 for 2.4m lengths :(

Anything getting into proper wood is kidney values

Yeah we paid £37 each, I'm not sure it was worth the back-ache the way it is now, but the good Lady can feel safe getting up to the top garden these days.
