**THE NVIDIA DRIVERS THREAD**

Having problems with the latest drivers in Win 10 (355.60) in my 3d rendering softwares. Get the popups saying drivers recovered but it crashes out my renders.
I've rolled back to 353.62 and the problem is now resolved.

This is the crash I am getting

xyVex6pl.png.jpg

I've uninstalled GFE - Still crashes
Disabled Aquacomputer monitoring - Still crashes
Reduced my overclocks - Still crashes
Disabled HWinfo - Still crashes
Stopped AVAST from running - Still crashes

I am going to go back to default clock speeds and see what happens. Otherwise it could be MSI AB, RTSS or the drivers causing something

crashed again but this time blue screen. The analysis of the dump file reads this

On Fri 21/08/2015 19:13:44 GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\memory.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: Unknown (0xFFFF70A841768F5D)
Bugcheck code: 0xF7 (0x12C2BD998, 0x8F57BE8970A2, 0xFFFF70A841768F5D, 0x0)
Error: DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER
Bug check description: This indicates that a driver has overrun a stack-based buffer.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error.

Getting the same crash with a 290X W10 and BF4.

It's not just an Nvidia thing.

Twirly PM me please, want you to test something :)

Can't test anything at the mo, I'm reinstalling windows 10 as I can't go 5 mins in bf without crashing. :(

Looks like I was a bit prematutre doing that thougha s others are getting similar errors. If you stioo want me to test something with a fresh installation just trust me a message ;)

Blue screen is not normally down to drivers and is something hardware related. I see you have everything stock, so check temps everywhere, check the PSU as well and make sure you have the latest BIOS for your motherboard.
