So I did some testing in RDR2. I normally game at 2560x1080 as I like to have settings on mostly Ultra but for this I put it to 3440x1440. 2070 Super Gaming btw.

DX12, HAGS on:
Min: 28.38
Average: 53.46
Max: 85.8

DX12, HAGS off:
Min: 40.11
Average: 53.12
Max: 75.41

Vulkan, HAGS on:
Min: 43.18
Average: 52.43
Max: 69.49

Vulkan, HAGS off:

Min: 43.67
Average: 53.24
Max:71.29

So.... Not much diff at all lol. Vulkan has the best lowest framerate so I will be leaving it on with Vulkan.

If you're not seeing 12_2 in DXDIAG or Nvidia Control Panel System Info, then it isn't installed...and you have the same problem as me & Raiden85, the 2004 Windows update hasn't installed it on your PC.

Come & Join us, misery loves company.

Although having said the above in my reply, just checked NVCPL system info and see that it's 12_1, even though Windows 10 gives me the option to turn on and off HAGS

Try seeing if you still have Ray Tracing available, if you have any Ray tracing games that is, when I install the new driver, DX12 Ray Tracing is no longer available in games...

These made COD Modern Warfare a terrible stuttery mess

Do NOT upgrade to 451.48 and Windows 10 version 2004 if you want to play COD. What a shower of turds it made the game
I reverted back to 445.87 which made it slightly better but there was still some very annoying random stuttering

Restored my whole OS drive (back to version 1909) and it's back to normal, no problems.

If it aint broke, don't fix it!

This is still all new. Give it time. They'll get it right eventually.

Like Win 10? There is literally more than double, Almost x3 the latency from Pre creators update on Nvidia. I noticed some games even at 280hz still are not up to standard for me.

Its been ages and no one has done anything about it. Most do not even know it happened!
