Seems to have Latency issues in these drivers

Some device drivers on this machine behave bad and will probably cause drop-outs in real-time audio and/or video streams. To isolate the misbehaving driver use Device Manager and disable/re-enable various devices, one at a time. Try network and W-LAN adapters, modems, internal sound devices, USB host controllers, etc.

Do you know if there's any difference in 460.79 to 460.89? I'm running 460.89 currently

All I can say is, try using Latency Monitor while playing a game if all's well stick with the 460.89s. I think the 89's were just a hotfix, but not sure :D
What sort of latency should nvidia drivers show in latency mon using 460.79?
A quick Quake II RTX run and highest is 463 microseconds, so 0.5ms (I think?) this is on 460.89. Will do more testing later

Yep that's all good! Mine was over 2000 with the latest 461.x drivers
Ive left it running for a few hours using 3d mark timespy / timespy extreme, Quake II RTX and Warzone. Highest is nvlddmkm.sys NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver. 460.89. 1253.310, so 1.25ms

That's pretty good actually, there's always ways of lowering it if it really bothers you... Network driver updates etc. But I'd leave it alone as it's working :D
